LAWIO GmbH is a young start-up based in Magdeburg. LAWIO offers tenants a simple way to report damage to their home in an uncomplicated manner. The company offers a wide range of information on tenancy law throughout Germany and supports tenants in checking and enforcing their rights.

We have introduced "Go Expert Days" and a "Go Expert Week". Here, each employee should set a goal for their personal professional development. Using access to online formats and learning platforms, employees can then receive targeted training on a specific topic and present their topic to the entire team at the end.

We wanted to capture a real picture of the mood among the employees of our own company. In startups, a lot of emphasis is placed on employee satisfaction with all kinds of benefits and additional services. We want to find out whether our colleagues actually like working with us or whether they are lacking something.

We want to create structures to integrate personnel development into everyday working life and promote the professional development of employees.
